BCF is committed to the Reformation tradition of "Sola Scriptura." God's Word is the authoritative truth that is timeless, always relevant, and uniquely powerful to save. Although topical lessons have their time and place, the predominant method of preaching is done through expository teaching through books of the Bible. In doing so, we stay anchored in the original author's Spirit-inspired message within its proper context which will always find a bridge to our own context and shape our hearts and lives.
